Do I need an appointment?

No. Drug testing is walk-in only. Come in any time during business hours and we'll take care of you. No scheduling required.

What do I need to bring?

A valid government-issued photo ID is required. If your employer provided a form or requisition number, bring that too.

How long does it take?

The collection process only takes a few minutes. Most people are in and out of our office quickly without a long wait.

Who receives the results?

Results are sent directly to whoever requested the test — your employer, a court, or a third-party administrator. We do not release results to you directly unless you are self-requesting.

Is this a DOT-certified test?

Yes. We are a certified collection site and can perform DOT-regulated drug tests for CDL drivers and other federally mandated programs.
